Our 2 week 4 session On-Ramp program is designed for beginners. Each 1-hour class a trainer will instruct you on CrossFit foundational movements. Upon completion of this two week program, you’ll have learned the basic movements, and terminology used in daily CrossFit WODs. On-Ramp meets twice a week.
Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, olympic lifts, and more. Each WOD is varied, and original. Programming is designed by our General Manager, and head trainer Garrett Huffman.
This program follows the same format as traditional CrossFit but with a twist. Specifically designed with Seniors in mind, it incorporates movements that address balance, core stability, general mobility, and bone density by focusing on weight training and increases in strength. This 1-hour class meets 3 times per week.
Who says adults get to have all the fun? CrossFit Kids is a 45-minute class that teaches children ages 10-17 the principles of mechanics, consistency, and intensity through CrossFit. Establishing good movement patterns, is priority . Each class consists of a trainer-led warm up, strength or skill training, and a WOD. CrossFit Kids meets 3 times per week.
