Clean & Jerk (4 x 3 @ 80%)

Ascending ladder for 8:00 minutes

3 Thrusters (95/65), 3 Toes to bar

6 Thrusters (95/65), 6 Toes to bar

9 Thrusters (95/65) 9 Toes to bar

Continue to add (3) repetitions to each movement until time is called.

Consider the first 3 rounds the buy-in.  Work on smooth steady transitions between movements rather than speed.  Slow steady good form will get you more consecutive reps later on.  As the reps increase, don’t be afraid to break early rather than doing a set of 15 unbroken, for example, and requiring a long rest period.
