OUR CLASSES

At CrossFit Hickory, each program is designed to cater to our members’ needs. Whether you’re young or old, a newcomer or professional, we have something that will work for you! We maintain small class sizes to ensure proper instruction and also provide flexible hours to accommodate you even during the busiest of schedules.

  • On-Ramp

    Our On-Ramp program is great for newcomers or those looking for a refresher course. Each 1-hour class consists of a trainer-led warm up, skill training, WOD, and cool down/mobility. This course will ease you into the intensity of traditional CrossFit workouts. Upon completion of this 9-class program, you’ll have learned the basic movements, time schemes, and terminology used in daily CrossFit WODs. On-Ramp meets twice a week.

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! Plus, we scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum results every time.

  • FUNctional and Fit

    This program follows the same format as traditional CrossFit but with a twist. Specifically designed with Seniors in mind, it incorporates movements that address balance, core stability, general mobility, and bone density by focusing on weight training and increases in strength. This 1-hour class meets 3 times per week.

  • Kids Class

    Who says adults get to have all the fun? CrossFit Kids is a 45-minute class that teaches children ages 10-17 the principles of mechanics, consistency, and intensity in working out. Establishing good movements and fitness through childhood and adolescence is our goal. Each class consists of a trainer-led warm up, strength or skill training, and a WOD. CrossFit Kids meets 3 times per week.

  • LunchFit

    Need a great workout but you’re on a tight schedule? LunchFIT provides all the benefits of regular CrossFit in a quick 30-minute session. Get the functional training you expect in half the time!
